This location doesn't really hit the skyline. The other 3 towers fill that in as best they can. IMO, having 2 towers fills out the more local skyline/street scene.
I did the math. Using residential averages from nearby residential builds.
With 28 floors it would likely come in slightly taller (94 - 97m) than Wawanesa which is 93m. If 28 floors plus the podium = 31 floors then it will be over 100 m, likely 104 - 108.
In that case it would be noticeable on the skyline.
Perhaps the empty pad would be built on to accommodate more dining or banquet space?
