Every time I listen to Ryan Smith try to explain how this DC renovation is going to work, I get worried. He doesn't ever really answer the question, but uses a bunch of buzzwords (to be fair, that's who he is). Listened to the 32 thoughts podcast interview and he even admits to dancing around the question because the answer is always changing. We don't have a lot of time to change solutions. Fingers crossed
