But FAA filing indicate this building to be 544 FT on an extremely slim lot. The property has undergone owner changes but it seems the new owners are very serious about this.
According to early property zoning docs, this will include 288 units, ground floor retail, and a parking reduction.
This tower will be one of the tallest if not the tallest outside of the core, signaling a spreading skyline beyond Flagler Village & Downtown.
