Thought this was a neat shot. This will fill a very tall and dense pocket indeed. The site is fully prepped and since the photo below was taken, an excavator etc. has arrived on site (early work or significant presales?).
A settlement offer is headed to Council and the site is fenced in anticipation of demolition work. Pretty substantial building (“The Radley”) to knock down.
