I would say Porter has to be careful with expanding too quickly. Westjet including Encore tried competing with Air Canada in the East and look where that got them (nearly full retreat).
This summer Porter is ramping up to
12 E195 daily departures from YHZ (3x daily to YYZ/YUL/YOW/YYT).
In comparison Porter will have
15 E195 daily departures from YOW (daily 4xYYZ/3xYHZ/2xYVR/YEG/YYC/1xYWG/MCO).
