Forgive me if a thread exists for this already, but I wasnt able to find one.

This will be a new tallest for Singapore, as well as its first supertall

The skyscraper which currently occupies the site, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AXA_Tower, is undergoing demolition, and now holds the record for tallest building ever demolished by its owner, as it is slightly taller than the previous record holder, 270 Park Ave:

I heard the UN is moving its HQ there. The eiffel tower is moving there soon as well. Elon Musk even decided he didnt want to go to mars anymore after visiting.
