It only really started in summer of 2011, I think people generally include the pre-construction phase of building demo and utility relocation...but I have no idea when they started that.

It's been a royal pain dealing with the construction, but the road resurfacing by Yonge and Eglinton is finally happening. It'll be nice when all the streets are back to normal, whenever that happens. (Sometime next year I assume, once the snow is gone and all)

I want to say this will be done in a year, but I don't really care anymore. It's been getting close to completed for a while now.
