Immediately east of these 2 construction sites is the 49 storey proposal for 31R Parliament designed by SHoP and BDP Quadrangle.

Below, all three developments including 31R’s low-rise ‘Ribbon Building’ which will evetually help insulate the Distillery District from the rail corridor to the south.
