Well three levels are fitness amenity, childcare parking, passenger loading, services, bike parking. And some of the P10 level is bicycle parking. It's 338 minimum parking spaces reduced by 91 by Transit, TDM and Accessible Stalls. 1256 bike stalls.
It'll easily take a year to excavate that deep I think.
