I see the proposal is out in the Chronicle Herald today (not posting pics or link due to paywall)

Looks good. Essentially a modular stadium with two covered grandstands (north and east sides) with amenities. Seats 8500, can add a 3rd grandstand in future if demand allows to expand to 13-15,000. Being modular, it is built offsite and assembled at the grounds in 8-12 weeks.
Cost $40 M.

Two things I didn't like. They appear to keep the ugly seacans on the south side (Sackville street across from the Gardens). Probably don't want permanent construction here in case of adding 3rd grandstand.
Secondly, they are replacing the grass with artificial turf. They spent a lot of time and money re-leveling and grassing the turf, and it seems in good condition. I like the natural grass, and there are few quality natural fields in town.
