Deacon Boulevard Development resuscitation - outstanding news and hopefully this time it will take and not wither. I still say (even with arguments against) that enclosing Groves Stadium will help. Also, I should like to see a real tennis stadium/venue for the Winston-Salem Open all of which would help Deacon Boulevard Development.
