Wake Forest University Downtown Medical School:
It appears as if Wake Forest University is buying their downtown medical school? I'm not sure if the downtown engineering school is included? If this information is correct, we should see news reports later this week showing all of the details. As I reported a few years ago, they were strongly interested in buying it and not permanently leasing it. Ownership of the building shows a long-term commitment to having the medical school downtown.
