Two items:
1) It seems the damaged balcony has been repaired? Unless I'm blind and completely missing the damaged one, I don't see it anymore.
2) Saw some workers on the first floor commercial space cutting drywall and pulled some of the paper off the windows for light. Looked inside but I'm not really sure they're working on fitting out the commercial unit. Only 3 of them, and a few pieces of drywall. Hard to see though without looking straight in and looking like a weirdo.
