Facade looks great. A shame that the original massing was value-engineered, but still turning out to be a nice-looking tower.

I say this massing is better, the angled faces gives this building more character imo

Interesting tidbit about this building from Witold Rybczynski, a former architecture professor at Penn and pretty prolific writer. One of the only architecture critics I actually enjoy reading. Obviously architecture is a matter of taste, but I find myself agreeing with him that this phenomenon of "stacked boxes" is gimmicky and will probably age poorly. Even if you do like the stacked boxes effect, it's not done particularly well here, as the best part of the stacked boxes are the seemingly impossible cantilevers that give the feeling (illusion?) of complex engineering. With those "overhangs" mostly gone, this is kind of an architectural disappointment IMO.

That being said, this building is still a nice addition to Market West from a density perspective, and it gets rid of an obnoxiously large parking lot, so I'm not wholly against it. Just a little disappointed.

This is a beautiful building, I hope street trees/ other greenery are included as well. I also still hope to have something around the height of One Dock Street (380ft) or around there to be built here

This is one is nice, for sure.

However all the progress shots always focus on the North facing façade. The South facing side appears to be an unfortunate blank wall.
