Nice angle, thanks.
You can get a sense of how they will fill out the area.

I want to know why we never use the phrase "food court" anymore. Is it somehow too colonial?

Too judgey?

Food Hall actually sounds more British, aka classier in most people's minds.

I simply think it sounds too "shopping centre-ish."

While I don't think the food hall will be a complete failure, I can see a scenario where a large part of it is closed off or repurposed. It's just too large a space in comparison to the rest of the retail area. Busy at lunch though with all those rich Amazon employees in the towers.

I dunno, there will be other office workers returning around there eventually. It looks a lot nicer than Pacific Centre's. It would be great if they work with the city to make the QE Plaza more of a place people want to take their lunches to on sunny days.

This is a peek over the fence on the Dunsmuir side. Nice granite on the pillars.
