Tower 1 is scheduled to be completed end of 2023 & Tower 2 & 3 will be Spring 2024. With construction delays being common and Gilmore Project being a massive one, I am pretty certain the whole phase won't be done until Summer 2024 earliest.

Nice. Thanks. So they dig south of skytrain treks. Does it mean they’ll do phase 2 at the same time. I thought phase 1 which includes 3 towers will be north of skytrain treks?

Not sure of the status but back in February they were finishing up the rezoning for phase 2 & 3:

But to get full approval for towers five and six, the city will also need to reach second reading for the rezoning in phase three of the Gilmore Place plan, located to the east of phase two. That zoning amendment – introduced to council earlier this month, is expected to see the construction of two towers on top of a commercial base.

Looks like Phase I includes some of the public plaza areas under the guideway (and underground parking)
So they won't be touching the SkyTrain areas at all for Phase II.

Yes, however looking at excavated pit it goes under SkyTrain onto a south side of the track where phase 2 will be. So it might actually connect even more towers all together.

Where is all that excavated rock and soil dumped?

I know in Japan and other East Asian countries it is often used as fill for building artificial land.

Out off UBC probably there's some sea dumps if the dirt isn't contaminated.

Second most impressive pit in recent times. Brentwood mall still takes the cake. What a excavating production that was.

Cool to see this go ahead. It will make for an impressive gateway into Brentwood.

This one has been flying under my radar. Thanks for the update. It will be quite the project when fully built out. Not expecting a whole lot architecturally, but should be impressive for its scale and mass.

Sorry, I know not the best view, but the main take away here is that probably north west corner reached its bottom point. Maybe crane will be erected sometime soon.
