I will. Yes "above grade" and the emphasis on "start to see"
I feel like an astronaut sent to orbit the planet mars and take pictures in a spacecraft with no windows, the camera is strapped to the outside of the vehicle.
I'm witnessing the progress like you all are...Only in pictures.

Parking structure at 1568 Alberni in #YVR is halfway back up to grade! P4 structure is complete & form for P3 deck will be ready for 2020.

I was unable to get my camera above the fortress walls, but here’s a street level shot showing rebar columns for the first level above grade (my pic, today).

Is that a drive ramp or a foundation for stairs? Looks too steep to be a ramp.
