On the bright side, if the completion date gets delayed to early 2020. The building can be advertised as being completed in the year 2020, rather than 2019 when it comes time to list.

Are there any comparable projects we can measure this against? Ive never been in a deal that was 2 years behind the initial target but i wonder which others in this city have been thru the same or longer. I looked back and saw i first signed 5+ years ago in june 2014. Wow.

Sporting Life is totally ready to open. I believe they're just waiting for the plaza to get the green light to public access before they do so.

Probably not. Can't think of a project of this scale and magnitude ever really...I mean to a smaller extent Marine Gateway is the closest thing I can think of but there really isn't much of a comparable

I don't think there are any mixed use projects in the Lower Mainland that were as big as this.

Maybe International Village if you add a couple more towers, make them twice the height, deepen the parking and double the mall footprint.

I would think station squares redevelopment is in the small ballpark scale wise but much more phased.
