Can't really tell but it does not seem like condos will have much of a view as it is stuck in between large buildings all around it.

The view will be of those large buildings. I love my midtown view of other buildings. A view of endless trees gets boring IMO.

Already pouring concrete for the first floor podium?

Again, those columns for the tower portion are massive.

Wow!

That job site looks like a logistical nightmare. I would hate to be the construction manager on that project. Must be a special breed of person for that sort of work. They probably have Maalox & Tums for breakfast.

I agree! They do have a staging lot across the street.

Pretty amazing to see an entire Midtown block being developed at once with 3-buildings rising. And it's about to happen again with Midtown Union just 4-blocks away. Will be in ATL right before New Year's and can't wait to see all of the progress on the numerous projects around town.

You have another whole block being developed with 3 high rises being built at the same time.....Norfolk Southern. 4 buildings on the block if you wanna add the 2nd Anthem tower which is actually the block next door technically!

All 3 developments run along West Peachtree as well. Once Cousins’ tower starts WPT will not have any significant sized lots available.

Looks like they're pouring the first floor for the office tower. Very impressive how fast they're moving.

The Atlanta Business Chronicle is reporting Goggle possibly taking more space than anticipated. It wouldn’t surprise me if Google purchase the entire building.

Just read that article. Having ‘Google’ on top of the building will be something else.

Here's a snippet from the article.

Google may be gearing up for a larger expansion in Midtown than previously known.

Google earlier this year was expected to sign a lease for 200,000 square feet in a new 31-story tower in Midtown, 1105 West Peachtree.

It would have more than tripled the space of Google’s current office at Midtown’s 10 10th Street building and put close to 1,000 workers on the top floors of the the 1105 West Peachtree tower.

This week, sources with some of the city's top commercial real estate companies told Atlanta Business Chronicle Google is considering a much larger lease and that its presence in the tower could exceed 400,000 square feet. That total may be conservative, they said.

Yeah, they're moving super fast. I guess that's possible when you have two tenants renting massive amounts of space ready and waiting.

^ Awesome addition to Midtown. If I didn't know I would guess it was a Norman Foster.
