That link doesn't seem to allow me in as a Guest (using a mac). Can someone post the elevation images?

This week's AULCC update about this project has January 2020 as the start date.

I'm honestly surprised how clean they were able get the lot after demolition... I expected them to need to tear up the foundation at least a bit...

The construction permit for this project was filed today. It looks like this one and 44 East will be the next >500' projects to start. But there is the possibility of 6xG happening soon as well.

There is a crew that appears to be taking soil samples at the site this morning.

This is moving forward. A right of way permit for the slab demo was filed today. The dates for it are 09/09 through 10/20. It won't take that long to demo the slab, so it must be planned for sometime during that date range.

There's a piece of heavy equipment, an excavator, on site right now.

Thank you for the great updates corvairkeith. I bet that monster jackhammer keeps the grackles away. I imagine you can hear that thing chipping away from all over downtown. The few times I get to venture dt during the week, I love the sounds of construction banging and clanging away. Music to my ears.

FAA permit for the crane - 730 feet. Work schedule is 10/21/19 to 8/31/21.

Based on that height, this may be a luffing crane.

I would think so considering how close it is to the surrounding buildings on that block.

We are starting to see more Luffing cranes because of the built environment. There's one up in West Campus as well. There were also two new FAA crane filings today for the Standard that were around 430', which may also be luffing cranes based on the height. But I thought the cranes for the Standard were already up. Maybe they are actually for the Standard II (The Mark.)

Has to be for The Mark as both cranes for The Standard are up.

This is speculating based off when once upon of time I was involved at the Zaza. I recall the neighboring Plaza Lofts did not want to give up their air rights to allow for the Zaza crane to go up. This could be a result of that because surely the Hanover crane would need to fly over the Plaza Lofts unless they had a luffer

Has the Standard actually started construction yet? Any foundation work yet with rebar/columns?
