I like the concept, though I'm curious about how much push-back this will receive from residents. I've heard rumblings that people in Stoney Creek are looking to fight some of these new waterfront developments.

One of least flat roofs Hamilton has seen in awhile? I really can't complain about this, it's not oddly colored, and the windows even line up.
