The low-rises on the triangular sites are more adventurous than the podium of Vancouver House.
I can see sloping columns and walls for those parcels, whereas the columns and walls on the tower podium all seem to be straight.
Yeah, the retail reminds me of the Versace store at Thurlow.

Thanks! Fantastic image, video and vantage point. I presume it's from the top of the Charleson? I hope you don't mind, I resized the still image.

what's with the grey on the bottom left of the tower? Are they painting all the white panels grey? if so that would seriously make a unique tower look much duller...

Not painting, revealing the final finish. The white is a protective plastic film which is being pealed off. The building is clad in stainless steel panels. It looks far better in person than in pictures, and will reflect light beautifully.

You must be a very rich man to have a 391sqft walk-in closet.

I can't believe how many of those listings don't even have floorplans. Especially the ones listed for more then $3M.

They do have floorplans if you click under the documents tab under each listing when you're logged in MLSlink (if you have access to it)

Many of the units originally sold as a one bedroom plus atelier as two bedrooms even though it's basically a windowed flex room that can only fit a twin bed.

Some estate presale purchasers bought two cellars, which are 200+ sq ft storage rooms with plumbing and electrical; the original brochure's suggested to use them as a wine cellar, seasonal closet, or workshop. Prices were 150k each but at one point discounted to 75k for 10 purchasers.

I wonder if buyers will face a hard time closing on these luxury units over the next 12 months.
