Has anyone seen a detailed the north and south elevation of the building because if we see that we can know if it will look like a blank wall or if something unique is planned for it.
There’s 0% chance it stays a wall of concrete. Let’s get real here. Even I am not worried at all about that.
I’m really surprised how big this building looks when viewed from south broad. I kind of expected it to be a wash since it’s not that much bigger than the building it’s replacing in that view (RATR), but it actually appears much bigger than I thought. Hopefully it peaks out enough from the opposite view to make an impact there as well.

Yeah it makes a huge difference on Chestnut and Broad. You really can't appreciate how much of a difference it makes unless you go down there.
^How so is my version not as accurate? It seems that my setbacks are a little off but besides that, I don't think its that inaccurate
Your version is cooler. It looks to have setbacks both along Chestnut and 15th street. The real thing only has setbacks in the East/West directions running along Chestnut. The depth of the building will running the 15th street direction will remain the same from bottom to top.
It is a UFO, in that it a flying object that is unidentified. Doesn't mean it's a flying saucer from Neptune, just that we don't know *what* it is.
