I've been having the same problem with photobucket for a while here and at other internet forums where pictures that used to appear no longer do but I figured it was because photobucket started charging and if you don't pay you can no longer see pictures hosted on photobucket posted by other members but some of you can see them.

^^ Looks like people are on the ball here haha. Good stuff. Happy to see brick as the podium facade. Such an underrated material and not seen enough on new buildings in Kelowna with the exception of the worman bros projects.

Photobucket images coming up dead for me as well. I always just use imgur which is free and never have problems with photos disappearing or anything.

Trying this again with Imgur!

Ellis Parc piling under way

One Water Street East Tower

Clement Business Park signs, adjacent to the PC Urban site.

The St. Paul development, located at St. Paul and Clement.

I will hopefully get out with my proper camera this week and get some shots of Ella and SOPA Square if Imgur works out!

Thanks for the update! It is amazing to see so much happening in Kelowna now (and things could be come far more active soon if many or the new proposals go forward as well).

Still hard to believe that there are 5 active tower projects. (And that stalled tower finally went through erasing that eyesore of an incomplete structure)

If only those towers that are currently under construction or just breaking ground were to be completed, out of all of the current proposals, it would still be a pretty incredible building boom for downtown Kelowna and Pandosy.

I like the brick facade but the tower is uninspiring, it doesn't stray too far from the Ella design. Looks like the first 4/5 floors make way for above ground parking. A great location for this type of density, it should really make Downtown feel bigger and hopefully drag some more development out towards that area.

Would be nice to see a tower go up with underground parking some day.

Cool YLW fact: March 2018 was YLW’s busiest month ever with 179,856 passengers! Just beat out August 2017.

Looks alright. But like other Mission Group projects, they will likely be cheaply built and as fast as possible. Design is alright, it works. This site is less critical to get 100% right than the site fronting Bernard.

The master development permit for the whole Capri redevelopment, as well as the development permit for the first tower there are going to Council on Monday. 22 storeys (70.0 m).

First Capri tower approved at the Council meeting today. The Master Plan has been deferred until Council get a clearer picture of public access to the proposed ice rink on site.
