I don’t know the name of the project but it’s a small mixed use building. There are some photos and a rendering aa while back in Skyrise, I don’t remember which thread it was in so you’ll have to do some digging.

I found it, thanks! Took me a whole 20 seconds to find it, just plugged Northmount into the search button and voila. Not a bad little project.
