I'm absolutely loving the big-city feel of the street walls being created in the new Union Station neighborhood. It's a little surreal actually to see entire city streetscapes where almost every structure is still finishing up construction and still has no tenants. It kind of looks like what apocalyptic abandonment might look like... dense streetscapes devoid of people, but in this case they simply haven't arrived and moved in yet. It will be fun to watch retailers open up and these streets come to life over the next year or two.
