I appreciate your enthusiasm for this project, so don't get me wrong, but I've mentioned it a billion times...
They've pre-sold 200, I'm assuming, and that means nothing from a success standpoint. When you sell condos, you make money on the last 10% of the units, if that. Money coming in before that is just covering costs. This project is not a success until they've sold over 360+ of the 388 units. It's going to be a grind to sell the last 100 units.
However, it likely IS getting built. A project can still get built and fail. I hope it doesn't, because I want that downtown density to increase and to push up condo prices.
