What you mean? Is it not meant to be experienced from bloor? Looks cool from way down bloor and from right up close.Interior is pretty amazing to. And I like how the interior and exterior are connected to the beautiful old building.

And whether you like the building or not, when a tourist is doing a Google search, the ROM and AGO are both very flashy buildings that are going to be perceived as more exciting than RAM.

Again though, I think the RAM looks very nice, just nothing kitschy and marketable about its exterior. But AGA and future EPL main branch will have the little architectural wing dings that may benefit tourism.

Not saying ROM or AGA are perfect buildings...just that to someone doing a Google attractions search they might be a bigger draw.

^I like it from the outside along Bloor, up close not as much and certainly inside not at all.

I know the old post office was demolished and this is a totally new structure, but it feels like the old post office renovated rather than a new one. Are the mosaics being installed on the south side? If so it will really feel like the same building.

^far from and yes, they are being installed in the exact same positions and will act as a fence of sorts for the cafe patio.

Yup, the handover from AI to AB Culture was this morning at 10am.

The more of the finished product that I see, the more I am happy with the result.

I was going to bite my tongue but now that you've opened things up:

Thanks, Donna, for nothing.
