That's an unusual lobby structure for sure. But finally the tower part will start rising. Can't wait!

I have a crush on Boffo, this looks fantastic and it's only raw concrete so far. Really happy that they seem to be scaling-up and taking on downtown projects.

Google photos changed it recently, I didn't know.
My pictures almost the same as vanman posted below, so I will not post them again.

Checked out Modello today. Seems to be progressing quickly now that they've moved passed the podium. The first bit of glazing is up and it looks good. Dark evenly spaced spandrel. My pics from earlier today.

This is my favourite building going up in the Metrotown area. Excited to see it rise. Thanks for the updates.

Great to see the curtain wall starting to go up.

It really will be one of the more elegant looking buildings in the area.

Next the Gold House, they'll really give Metrotown a great "gateway" of sorts coming into the area from downtown on the skytrain.

I really like how this building is turrning out! So far it looks promising, very different from the other condos.

Modello is shaping up to be one of the nicest towers in Metro Vancouver. My pics from today.

If only Telus Garden's podium turned out like this.

Thanks for the update!

Wow, they really weren't kidding in the renders with no mullions in the podium. Exceeded expectations AND hopes. If only the tower was half as good.

These are from today. Growing nicely and already a visible part of the skyline.

^ Is that the first time that Klazu took a photo during a cloudy day?
Still looks beautiful.

Haha, thanks. Jebby was putting me to shame yesterday, so I had to shape up despite the weather.

Truth be told, I was very excited to see Metrotown and Brentwood projects with my own eyes after several months had passed since my last time in the area.

Just wondering, I recently signed for 12th floor, NW. Does anyone know if there will be any views at that low level?

I've never lived in a higher level before, so not sure what it'd be like all the way up on 12

It's for my parents who are retiring
