I'd expect that they'd be able to go at a faster pace during the spring and summer than over the winter.
Keep in mind that the top half is residential, ie. much less slab to slab height.

260 meters confirmed would put it at the top of this list, and put it there for a good long time. I don't see One Bloor, One Yonge or Mirvish starting in the next 2 to 3 years to be honest.

Sorry caltrane, I meant to say One Bloor West is supposed to start late this year so the retail portion can open late 2017. I wish One Yonge would start though because it will have the largest impact on our skyline from the lake.
