Yep, long side on Graham, short side on Garry.

Looks like the tower entrance is on Garry, facing the gravel lot across the street. Get something developed on the surface lot, and that stretch of Garry will be doing pretty good in terms of activity.

So how would this building adhere to the new strict regulations on insulation. Looks like a lot of glass to me. Also I would think they would want to utilize corner windows, as opposed to those large white areas.

Nit picking though. Tower looks good.

It's a render. I doubt anyone has really even looked at insulation yet.

Just means that, if built, the final product will likley look more Heritage Landing than Glasshouse.

Buildings like glasshouse really don't belong in Winnipeg anyway. We have the wrong climate.

So we should all live in concrete boxes with no windows? Basically what 300 Assinniboine is. As a rental I think that's fine. There's middle ground to be had. Don't need full blown curtain wall or floor to ceiling windows. But something with some good size windows would be nice.

Adhoc just seems to be a creative/web development agency that specializes in real estate. There's no way it's a financial partner/backer.

Both of those firms are just marketers. One does fancy renderings, the other does real estate marketing.
