Not sure where you got that rendering but its likely an old rendering. The site was purchased by Blue Sky (Bosa) years ago but it is still not zoned for anything other than RM3 (lowrise). Zoning to highrise will likely change but not quite yet.

It was mentioned in the latest New Condo Guide as something coming to market shortly. So I think they have gone and re-zoned it, since 29 floors were mentioned.

I wonder if the New Condo Guide got the info from Blue Sky or they are just speculating on their own... The site for sure is not rezoned and they are not able to move ahead with a tower application at this time. Yes it will be a tower eventually.. but that tower concept at 29 floors has been on the Blue Sky website for a few years now. I suppose everyone has their own definition of "coming soon".

Googling the address yields references to Blue Sky and completion date in 2015
- which obviously isn't going to happen.
So it could be a old reference? Or kickstarting it again?

Onni Suter Brook

Port Moody is FINALLY moving forward with the 9-storey Suter Brook office block, including "big-box" daycare on the second floor.

So stupid of Council to vote-down the additional density (right next to a future Evergreen Line station) which would have supported a substantial hotel on this site. There isn't a single business hotel serving the central and northern portions of the Tri Cities.

A hotel would probably be better in the lot immediately beside the station which is currently vacant. Not sure who the owner of that property is or what their plans are.

How would you access that property by vehicle? Would it be through Suter Brook? I can't see another light controlled intersection on Ioco between Suter Brook Way and Barnet.
