Time to change this project from "proposed" to "under construction"!

It can be changed to U/C once the excavation is complete and the foundation starts construction.

Its a great shot because it capture SoLo's Stratus just before it becomes the tallest on the Brentwood skyline.

Only to be beat by Altus.

Only to be beat then by Brentwood 1.

Just kicked in that this tower is only 1.5 meters shorter than trump. Stupid deceiving floor count. Cant wait to see this thing rise.

Taller ceilings in this tower (9') than Trump (8'6" (?)).

The only thing I would ask for is more office space in this development.

My guess would still be years away before Shape starts developing office buildings. Solo District will have 2 residential towers mixed with office spaces. Onni's Gilmore will bring in a lot of supply for office units as well.

Isn't there a fair amount of vacant office space on Still Creek Drive still?

For the second tower, the 1-bedroom units will be facing North/South instead of West/East in the first tower

Interesting floorplan.

I assume the elevator bank on the left is behind a locked door and serves the upper floors, while the open corridor elevator bank on the right serves floors 5-37.

It's unusual to have the upper floor elevators accessible from the lower floors, isn't it? Or is that a mistake on the floorplan and there shouldn't be doors on those elevator shafts? Also note that a wall seems to bisect an elevator door.

It must be a mistake, look at how that return wall at the end of the corridor turns right into the middle of the elevator door.

adding doors to an elevator shaft is costly, so I would be shocked if there were doors that were not in use in the low rise.

They should just do away with interior walls in these small 1 bedroom apartments. The apartment would feel so much bigger. Who cares if the bedroom is exposed in a unit where it's a single or couple.

The weird thing is that even comparing between one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites, the living/dining area often stays the same size.
