YC Condos (198 metres) will go up right at the very right edge of that photo. It's already approved and nearly sold out.

The Icon (207 metres) is actually several blocks away on University Avenue, but from that angle will appear to go up just about where that gap is to the left of the smokestack. It's also already approved but sales haven't started yet.

There's not much else in the pipeline in the immediate vicinity, but there are a couple of other sites nearby that should easily be able to handle 150-200 metres.

It's unlikely that anything nearby will ever top Aura in height, except for maybe the World's Biggest Bookstore site, which is more of a long term play as the developer who recently bought it for $50 million is going to turn it into a restaurant row in the short term.

I'm interested to see the gap between Aura and the CBD fill up with 150-200 metre towers. Massey Tower and 2 Queen West will help out in that regard in the short term.

Karma, I believe is right next to the YC Condo site is 168 meters and is under construction. There is also 501 Yonge street across from YC Condos, and I believe the taller tower is over 155 meters. 501 Yonge is still going through approvals.

I love that last picture. It's obviously not technically perfect, but it's better than I've figured out how to do with daytime long exposures. Looks great.

Some nice Calgary Shots!

Looking forward to Brookfield Place. Just a pure monster will help downsize the impact of the Bow, but in a good way.

A good and pure size and height rival for Toronto.
