yes there is a crane in Osborne village but it is only for what I think is a 4 or 5 floor condo on River Ave. east. Not going to be an appealing building in my opinion

Thanks for the picture. I didn't have time to make down there. Looks like they stalled out again.

Here's my thoughts on officially proposed projects and under construction. I don't have the MPI lots in there so it could change things.

Glasshouse, Alt, WCC Hotel, Fortress 1, Fortress 2, D Condo, Heritage Landing

I have obviously taken some liberty with the Fortress Project as even though it is proposed for 36 stories i don't believe it will be a new tallest (if it ends up being 36 stories at all).

The original picture is from trueviking.

It's quite an interesting building. Built in the 1880s with a tin interior (walls too). Very cool. Will likely be less cool after the 'reno.'

As far as Real Estate websites go, this one takes the cake for worst. They just thought they would cram as much as possible into one spot and hope something sticks?

I can't believe how bad the websites are for some condos. Studio 511 is awful and h2o waterfront was probably the worst.
