Those are the current final renders, the UDP still needs to review and a DP issued so there might be a few tweaks but I would not expect any significate change.

someone should go in there baader-meinhof style and hold everyone there hostage until that parking egress is fixed. when speaking with the police negotiator, just tell them that the first one to get it is james cheng, that'll get their attention. 'vancouver's first citizen in peril', i can see the headlines now.

That's a small tree - like a birch or something like it - that must have grown from seed - right smack dab in the middle of the roof. It must be over 5 ft tall.

The roof was brown all summer but with the autumn rain it has turned into green bloom. I repeat myself that they should definitely make it a huge green public patio.

I'd do that, but I might accidentally kill james cheng even after the demands are met. Cuz you gotta think of all the projects down the line that could contribute to a worldwide shortage of spandrel...
