I love that one tower in Montreal that you posted, the greenish glass one with the Pyramid top, it looks so impressive at night. Last time I was to Montreal, all you had was the BMO ( I think it was called back then in the 80's ) and to me it looked tall.
Same goes for TO, all I saw then was the BMO or whatever it was tower, and the CN tower, nothing else, it looked impressive as they both stood alone.
As for Vancouver, it looks like a mini Manhatten, but only with residential glass towers , some which make me wonder how they will fare in a quake

but other wise on a good night they look awsome.
And TO try and fight to save whats left of your old buildings you have some very unique ones. I am not to worried about MOntreal as they are like Winnipeg and love their historic buildings. No offence to TO.
