No idea who the architect is, sorry. It could be Cardinal Hardy, they did Les Bassins du Nouveau Havre (the promoter for that project is also Prevel) which resembles this Lowney sur Ville project.

Calgary has this intersection of Toronto and Vancouver styles happening. Vancouver developers like Anthem, Quaalex-Landmark and Embassy Bosa using Raffi or Cheng as architects or Toronto developers like FRAM or Brad Lamb using RAW Architects or Architects Alliance. Then there's local developers with local architects influenced by both.
