Unless any other uses are added the building will probably be very modest at best. At 20 floors, we'll be lucky if it touches 300 feet. 301 Congress for example across the street from Frost is 306 feet tall with 22 floors. Unless they add another use or have a decorative top over 30 feet high it'll probably be fairly short compared to what we've seen the last few years.
By the way, I wasn't that much of a fan of the design for Shoal Creek Walk. It was a filler building at best. I wish they'd go with a flashier design considering the location.
By the way, I noticed the crane for 2400 Nueces yesterday. It looks to be at least 260 feet tall. It was taller than 21 Rio and The Castillian which are both around 230 feet.
