Figured since the building is under construction and has been for a while now, it's probably a good idea for it to have it's own thread.

I like that area along with the other four towers.

Cant wait for the area one day to get a public square with Art Gallary

Judging by the buildings in the background it looks like it's got to be pretty close to BC Place.

A few shots from my walk. Glass has already started, looks like it's climbing quickly now.

Its between the ends of the Dunsmuir/Georgia Viaducts.

If you're at the Shark Club cheering on the Canucks, Cosmo is 'kitty-corner' across the street

Top 2 floors to be released for sale soon. They held them back hoping to get approval for more height but didn't.

very 90's looking Concord special, the curved side and the glazing scream dated 1990's, I hope this is the last one of this style.

Photo update | July 28th 2011

Cosmo as seen from the vicinity of Beatty's awesome heritage buildings. Lots of grinding and carpentry noises were emanating from the EasyPark garage to the right.

Taken by SFUVancouver, July 28th 2011.

Cosmo from in front of the Drill Hall. The strong mid-rise massing of the podium works well for stand alone buildings like this; much better than a conventional two or three story townhouse podium.

Taken by SFUVancouver, July 28th 2011.

Cosmo from Citadel Parade.
