Do you have a link to that article?

It is a huge lot where the rental tower will be on the north and the Waldorf (knock on wood) would be on the south parcel.

Knock on wood", thats true, it will be such a good feeling to see this one up. I mean there is no word to describe, but one question, I was looking at the render of the rental tower and to me it seems like there is something missing, or should i say, something "should be missing". The brick on the parking floors seem to no go with the rest of the building?

^Thats not brick on the base of 465. Depending on which side of the garage podium you are staring at, its either pre-cast or Tresca panels with a matelic finish. The podium design is still being worked on and we may see something different (and better) when its all said and done.

Self raising core ( we think the silver poles are what actually hold the thing up, 2 on the left are down, grey bracket on the right is one of that pair repositioned up. ).

Flexible form - making the rounded part of the W side.

Also, CTA plans to rebuild the tower at that junction, and they say that if construction moves ahead on 200 West Lake, they will need to coordinate. Is it too much to hope for that we might get a SCB-designed railroad tower? (way too much to ask for, I know....)

Does anyone know anything about the potential time frame for when work might begin on this one. Last June I spole with the parking attendant at the parking garage and he told me that they wouldn't be closing at least for 2 years. Seems like this one is ahead of schedule.
