Now were talking!! Since plans are for two, does this mean they will be twins or of similar design?

not for a while, the Bay internayional condos just lost the title an hour ago,and there twins.Echo Electronics will probably rule the future skyline, along with Picaso Plaza and Cathedral tower. You can see all these towers at one point or another in this thread.

school,Im afraid,will bring SF to it's knees.

more history.
The city was doing poorly, and decling.but then,in 1857,gold was was struck, and the third gold rush was on.few believed it though, with the first two failing.so all gold rushers converged on the city, turning its economy around. a few lucky people made millions, and all got a few bucks selling what they found. the stone, Felix Stone was mined heavily, and sent to the city in return for money, the city thought the stone would contain gold, but few piecies did. Today, the extra stone can be seen used throught the city.
san Felix was now a desirable boomtown, attrcting more people over time

next time,the 1900's.
heres the current skylie

The full story

history, the city was small for a long time.As years passed the city watched two gold rushes wizz by while its neighborslike la and PD prospered. the city pop. ended up at 5,000 and declining.in 1850 the cities mayor tryed to hide his failure. he dropped all fire codes and made it illegal to bring them back. california and its weird laws agreed and made it a one city law.
the mayor distracted the citizens at a meeting and set fire to his city. he ran hoped in his boat and never came back.....

Reminds me of that Futurama episode where Atlanta is moved to the sea and it ends up sinking. Then the mayor leaves in a small boat!!

heres a Q for you,the city is proposing a new tower,600 feet to the roof, but well over 1,000 feet to the spire, but th spire is only 350 feet tall, how could this be? I will give somehints if you need em'.

Well it could be like a building I have, where it's only one building but at around 650 feet the tower divides into two. Then one side is 700 feet tall and the other is 850. While the spire is 350 and makes a total height of 1000 feet. Does you tower divide into 2 sections too?

hmm... I think I got it. There are HUGE columns on the corners or in some part of the tower. The roof ends at 600 feet but the Columns keep going up 50 feet more. Then the spire is on top of the column(s). I'll check later to see if I am right I have to go.
