I took a drive downtown and passed 1LP. I concur with enjo, they are definitely making good progress now. I atleast can see the crane now from the top of my parking garage in congress park. YAY

^ Surface Parking lots for now GLowMonk but I see future deveopments down the road for those Lots!!! Give it some time and that area will transform, it has too, and I think come 2015 Denver as a whole is going to be a true gem. This City never siezes to amaze me, I LOVE THIS CITY!!!

spoke with a guy last night involved with 1LP...looks like they are having problems, some unreasonable management, people walkign from the job....hope this doesnt turn into another project like there's at 22 and blake that took 2.5 years to ALMOST finish...

Dbl. I saw that and was like, wah?!? Don't they already have those positions filled? They should. That would explain why the damn thing is so slow to rise. The wanted sign said they needed more cement workers.
