ok im not, but if you know the WTO here and the lot beside it.......this looks very similar to it and what honestly could be done at about a 3/4 scale.

I looked at it and thought....that should be beside the WTO....i look at this lot from my office window and there is a beautiful view corridot to the river valley we should plug up.
