The best view of DT, in my opinion, is I-165 southbound from Prichard to Water Street.

so can anyone tell me specifically what they still need to do to the spire?

Looks like they still have about 30-50 ft to go.

Yeah, great shot right there. That one is one of my favorite buildings in Mobile, even though it's smaller. I love how the corners of both buildings line up together, and how the peak/point of the smaller building lines up underneath the crown of the RSA building. Again, really good photography there.

Ok, I took about 40 pics downtown yesterday, and I've never posted pics on here before. Can someone please tell me how to do it? I tried testing in the Test forum, but had no luck. Thanks

You have to get them hosted. So go to somewhere like http://xs.to/ and upload them. After you've uploaded them, go to the "My Files" heading and right click one, then click properties. Copy the web address at the bottom, then come back here and paste the address in the box that pops up when you click the "Insert Link" button. I think that's it.

Along with the RSA Tower, we've got plenty happening... Choctaw Point Container Terminal, EADS/Airbus plant, possible Raytheon plant, among others... besides the downtown developments.
