Are they calling it "One Lincoln Park" or "Lincoln Park One"? Their website is at lincolnparkone.com
The website onelincolnpark.com goes to a Lincoln Park building in Texas, the website 1lincolnpark.com goes to an available page, and the website lincolnpark1.com goes to a blank page.

Exclamation Construction Trailers on site

Hey there, not sure if this thread is dead, but hope to resurrect it.

I drove by 1LP site Monday and noticed that there are two construction office type trailers on the north side of the parking lot to the south of the 1LP site (on block 001-B). The trailers are fenced in and the fencing encompasses about 1/8 of the northwest corner of the 001-B block. Saw some action there last night with a guy working a miter saw in that area (maybe working on a new sign?). I don't know, I'll try to stop by again and give updates.

Glad to see some action near the site. Actually on the 1LP site itself there didn't appear to be anything new. Still has the gate open and the parking lot is still undisturbed except for that small pile of dirt.

Hopefully the parking lot asphalt will start to get torn up any day now!!

^Yeh those construction trailers are definitely new cause I didnt see anything there over the weekend. RDS reported the same as well.

I wonder if they will be able to setup a webcam for the construction.

Friday night I was down at the pavilions and I caught a glimpse looking down Glenarm (I believe) and in the distance I could see the shiny red AVIS sign. Someday, that shiny red sign will be replaced with a shiny building instead.

Ya know what I wish would also go away is that nasty Firestone on 15th Street!! But that's another story!

^ wow... that is great news... I wonder if this means some of the other phases of Lincoln Park will start much sooner than planned if they are already starting to go on the other blocks and not just the original tower site.

Attention Denver peoples...

I have just been informed that this morning a backhoe began ripping up the asphalt parking lot at the One Lincoln Park site!
