Hey anyone have any idea what night lighting will look like on this building? Since it doesnt have a spire, will the top curved roof have any accent lighting to it, I wonder....

Well, March 20th it is.

I got an invitation to the ground breaking in the mail today. It is at 1:00. The mayor will be there.

Also, the developer is donating $10,000 to Denver Public Schools during the event.

fron the renderings it looked almost certain to be RC... just guessing though. actually, i wouldn't mind getting my hands on some plans... i'll have to see about that.

Has anyone noticed at night that there is a bright light shooting straight up in the sky at the 1LP site? Looks really cool...

I am pretty sure it is the vacant block across for One Lincoln Park. Phase III is the area where the sales office is located.

the fence has adverts all over it now for the tower. A tent for ground breaking is up. Only 2 days left until it officially starts. I think I just peed myself a little....
