I imagined NYC's, Seattle's, and LA's numbers would be high. Buildings of that size are extremely common for new construction in Seattle because they can fit into one or two former house lots or single commercial lots particularly if they don't have much parking. They're also common in LA, often in the dingbat style though many of those are smaller than 20.
