Once 175 Park gets an anchor tenant, I hope that this project gets the next one. I want to see work on that platform start in 2027.

While we wait on the second phase of the railyards development, and the rest of the Hudson Yards construction to take shape, its amazing to reflect on everything we've seen rise already. A city's worth of growth on the west side. Simply amazing.

This is going to be incredible.

If Related finds a tenant, it can start the office building before the platform starts right?

Someone answered that, but I don’t recall the response.

That's good news. So if Related signs a 1m sf tenant in the near future, it can basically begin construction ASAP?

If so, that puts it well ahead of other developers whose sites require demolition and excavation.
