Interesting proposal by Dancor to zone the property just east of Cheese Factory Road for 3 industrial buildings.
Official Plan and Zoning amendments to allow:
• Three (3) large-scale light industrial buildings with a total gross floor area of 54,755 m2 with an additional 2,000 m2 accessory office space
• 463 surface parking spaces and dedicated loading areas.
Parts Canada was built 20 years ago and Dancor has had signs up across the road since then. I'm surprised that whole stretch all the way over to Old Victoria isn't warehousing by now
